How Do I Place An Order?
Custom Wands:
To order a one-of-a-kind, bespoke wand go to the 'Custom Wands' page found in the menu and simply email us to get started.
Wand Shop:
Simply let the wand 'choose you', add the item to your basket, then proceed to the checkout.
All Collection wands are bespoke and once sold are gone so don't delay get your wand today.
Mystery Wands:
Simply add the item to your basket then proceed to the checkout. The wands are randomly selected and sent.
All Mystery Wands are bespoke and never copied.
Pottermore Inspired:
Please email us via the link on the page with details of your assigned wand. We will reply with an accurate turn around time for your wand and direct you back to the page to complete your purchase.
Magical Weddings:
Select your magical package, add this to your basket then proceed to the checkout. If you need a different number of wands please do contact us for a bespoke package.
We aim to post all orders made before midday Monday-Friday on the same day.
Payment and Shipping
Payment:
Payment is via the website shop. Simply add products to your basket and proceed to the checkout.
We accept all major card payments.
For custom order wands an invoice will be sent to you directly via Stripe. We may request a £15 deposit (to be paid via Stripe) to begin the design process if you do not have a design already drawn up - this is then taken off the total cost of the wand.
UK Shipping Details:
Shipping is Free for United Kingdom orders!
Shipping is via Royal Mail or courier service and will take between 2 - 5 business days.
A 24 hour express service is available contact us for details.
International Shipping:
We do ship internationally: Shipping is via courier service and will take between 3 - 17 business days dependent on destination. Please email us at workshop@willbottswands.com for a quote.
International shipping guide prices:
£5.55 to £80 dependent on destination and import taxes.
Items are insured to the price of the product plus shipping.
Why do Custom, Pottermore inspired and wedding packages wands have lead times and can I get them sooner?
Owing to their bespoke nature/quantity they carry a lead time of 5, up to 30 working days dependent on design. Willbott's will be in constant contact during the whole process. You will be notified upon completion. Once complete we will send your wand/s to you via your chosen delivery method. If you are in a rush to get your wand/s, contact us before you place your order and we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee anything.
How do you make your wands?
We make 100% of our products and accessories in-house. The techniques we use to make our wands include: Hand Crafted Lathe Turning, Whittling, Hand Turning, Hand Carving, Pyrography and Hand Painting.
The only wands we make copies of are our Origins series wands however due to the nature of hand crafting, no two wand copies are exactly the same.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your product. Returns must be made within 14 days of order receipt. For a full refund, products must be in an undamaged condition. We will not accept returns outside the 14-day period. Shipping charges will not be covered by Willbott’s Wands.
Safety
At Willbott's a magic wand is not merely a piece of wood, it is a gateway to the mind's power of imagination and creativity. A means of accessing your deepest thoughts and desires and making them come in to being through play.
We do say, however, that no-one under the age of 5 should possess a wand due to the magical powers contained within. Moreover wizarding law dictates that a child may only possess a wand when he/she turns 11 years old.
