We are currently closed for Custom Wand commissions at present whilst we work through our waiting list. We hope to reopen our Custom Shop in September in time for Christmas Commissions. If you have previously been in touch with us in regards to commissioning a wand and haven't heard back from us yet, we are very sorry, we are working through the list and hope to get to you soon! We try to reply to all requests however please note WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ANYMORE so we won't reply to requests to ship outside of the UK. I know this may be disappointing for our fans abroad but we've unfortunately been hit too many times with import fees and wands going missing when being shipped overseas and so have had to come to this sad decision. We now only ship to the UK. We apologies for the inconvenience. Commission wands start at £150 and will hence forth include as standard our BRAND NEW Deluxe Willbott's Wand Box completely free of charge. Please be aware of this minimum price when you enquire.
